And our Kenyan soccer is turning on the nation.
Our stars have had some three good matches in the recent past. The boys beat Guinea and Zimbabwe. Yesterday, the drew with the Zims at Rufaro stadium.
We are on track for 2010 qualifications. The remaining one game against Namibia. It will be sometime in september.
The weekend was otherwise very busy with a meeting with farmers on saturday and a visit to a client sunday etc.

Life
Sometimes i wonder how life is unpredictable. My uncle, a teetotaller, walks for an average of 2 hours for five days in a week has been diagnosed with diabetes. We do not have a history of the condition in our family. The man stays in the village and fast food is not part of his diet.
I owe alot to him. He has stood by me in critical times of my life.

Politics
THE Kenya political scene is heating up ready for the expected december polls. The main opposition party ODM is set to suffer a major blow soon IE in less than a weeks time. As Raila Odinga and Kalonzo Musyoka go different ways, the incumbent Mwai Kibaki is set to have an easy time getting another term of 5 years.
Meanwhile am having a good time with some African vibes courtesy General Defao.

Life has been hectic at the office. A client in the micro finance industry engaged our services and we were kept on our toes for the last 3 weeks. Am looking forward to more fulfilling assignments from clients.
Arsenal, my team at the english premier league has recovered to some astounding performances.
On Kenya's political front, it has been as murky as ever. Fortunately, the economy seems to give no attention to the political shenanigans.

We in Kenya have been celebrating the coming home of our greet son Barack Obama. The Illinois senator is on his last day in the country.
I have been pre occupied with strategizing for my outsourcing office to take off in ernest. Towards this end, i have spent quite some time surfing the net and reading as much as i can on the subject. My conviction and belief is that we are now ready to graduate to next level of handling clients from outside Kenya.
If you are reading this blog from outside our country, and you have an idea on how i can land my maiden "international client" kindly drop a line.

The last two days have been eventful. I looked for clients in the net and also visited the Africambiance.com forum for some indepth updates on music and other news.
At this time of the month, i am a bit free and affords time to strategise on improving on my clientele base. Am shopping hard for my first client outside Kenya. It will be a major breakthrough when this eventually happens.
In the meantime, am enjoying Franco's and Theo Blaise's music. Mayaula Mayoni is ailing in Kin and being the composer of my all time favourite Ba chagrins, i am all too sad. God will see him through.

intro
I am a Kenyan of middle age. Professionally, i am an accountant. With employment experience of over 13 years, i went on my own last year-2005 to found my own consulting office. Am currently rendering accounting services to SME's. Performance of the office has been encouraging. The consultancy has offices in Kenya's capital city, Nairobi and thika. I target to open more offices in the country in five years time.
Ultimately, i want to also double in homestay tourism and accounting services outsourcing.
This is my maiden blog and i will keep it brief.
